- Price offer preparation for the sales
- Transportation capacity assessment
- Multimodal transportation management and control (by road/railways/air/sea)
- Attracting new carriers, agents, forwarders, etc.
- Coordination of shipping actors' interaction (cargo handling, transhipment, warehousing, packaging, monitoring of storage terms and conditions, cargo stocking and distribution, etc.)
- Transportation records
- Informational support for the customer
- Transportation market monitoring
- Cost monitoring and optimisation at every stage of shipping
- CRM usage (Bitrix24, Trans-Manager)
It would be an advantage for an applicant to have:
- University grade
- At least 1-year experience in transportation by railways, sea and air
- Knowledge of English (B1 or higher), other foreign languages

Полный день | 5 дней в неделю | от 3500 бел. руб.
Требования
- Опыт управления водительским составом;
- Образование высшее (логистическое, техническое);
- Стрессоустойчивость, способность работать в режиме многозадачности;
- Умение мотивировать, принимать самостоятельные решения.
Обязанности
- Координирование и контроль работы водителей-международников (до 50 водителей в подчинении);
- Планирование режима труда и отдыха водителей;
- Контроль сроков доставки груза;
- Построение и анализ маршрута движения.
